Allison Joseph, Executive Director, has been with MY TURN since 2007.  Allison began as a Career Specialist at Manchester Central High School and also served as Director of NH Programs, and briefly as Deputy Director, before accepting the role as Executive Director in 2013.  Allison has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Saint Anselm College and has extensive experience working with vulnerable youth populations as well as program development and implementation.  Allison served as the co-chair of the Manchester, NH Shared Youth Vision Team for many years and is an active member of the North Central MA Youth Council and NH Job Corps Community Relations Council. 

Jocelyn Mahoney, Director of NH Programs, has been with MY TURN since 2013.  Jocelyn successfully transitioned the Manchester Diploma Plus Program from a federally funded school-to-career program to a state funded college prep & work readiness program.  Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from SNHU and was previously employed by Pine Haven Boys Center and the Boys & Girls Club of Manchester.  Jocelyn is extremely effective at building relationships with staff, participants, and partners and is a longtime member of the Manchester, NH Shared Youth Vision Team.

Tara Gorki, Director of NH Programs, has been with MY TURN since 2014.  Tara began as the Manufacturing Training Coordinator and served briefly as the Industry Coordinator for Southern NH before accepting the role of WIOA Project Specialist in 2015, and most recently, Director of Programs in 2016.  Tara has an Associates Degree in Mental Health and Human Services from New Hampshire Technical Institute and worked as a Mental Health Worker, Paraprofessional, and as a Sargant for the NH Department of Corrections before joining the MY TURN team.  Tara is extremely effective at motivating staff to exceed performance measures and works diligently to make sure all the necessary supports are in place to make that happen.  Tara is a member of the Nashua, NH Shared Youth Vision and Partners Teams.

Nicole Conroy, Manager of North Central MA Programs, has been with MY TURN since 2008.  Nicole began as a GED Instructor for Fitchburg and also served as a Case Manager before accepting the role of Program Manager in 2012.  Nicole has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Anna Maria College and spent 5 years as a Special Education Teacher before joining the MY TURN team.  Nicole is our resident specialist in curriculum development and innovative basic skills instruction techniques.  Nicole is an active member of the North Central MA Youth Council and serves on countless youth serving groups and committees in the greater Worcester area.
